Every dog gets the same unhurried routine. The bath takes as long as it needs to.
Step 01We let your dog settle, smell the room and meet the team before the water goes on.
Step 02Warm water, products chosen for the coat, and all the time it takes. "The bath is long", as one client put it.
Step 03Towel first, then a gentle dryer and a full brush-out, knots undone rather than cut out.
Step 04Breed trim or a practical short cut, face, paws and hygiene areas done with care.
Step 05An optional hydration treatment for dry or long coats. A client's tip: "I recommend the hydration extra."
Step 06A photo of your dog before pick-up, and a message when they are ready. Or our taxi drops them off.
